Membership to the Harbourside Liquor Accord Incorporated is open to all licensed venues within the North Shore Local Area Command which covers North Sydney Council, Mosman Municipal Council, Willoughby Council, and all liquor licence holders are invited and encourage to join and take advantage of the benefits associated with membership.

Licence Holders:
- Hotel Licence
- Club Licence
- On-Premises Licence
- Packaged Liquor Licence
- Producer/Wholesaler Licence
- Limited Licence
Community groups/business organisations that have an interest in alcohol-related harm or the local amenity are welcome to attend meetings and participate in the actitvities of the Accord, on the approval of the Committee.
No Associate Member category is offered.

- NSW Police - North Shore Police Local Area Command

- Northern Sydney Health Service
Membership Fees
Members will be required to pay annual membership fees of:
$ 200.00 plus GST Hotels, Clubs and Nightclubs
$150.00 plus GST Bottle Shops
$100.00 plus GST Restaurants, Small Bars and other licenses
$ 50.00 plus GST Mulit-Function Licence Venues, up to max 6 functions per year
$ 50.00 plus GST Non-licensee owners of licensed properties
Membership is per financial year and partial pro-rata payment of the annual membership fees will apply for those venues joining the Accord after 1 March each year.
